As a Junior SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) Analyst, you will work as an entry-level member of the digital marketing team. Your major responsibility will be to aid in the optimisation of websites and online content in order to improve their visibility and ranking on search engines such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo. This ultimately seeks to boost the website’s organic traffic and internet prominence.
Skills Required
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-ranking keywords for various content.
- Analyze search trends and user behavior to refine keyword targeting strategies.
- Create content to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and content structure.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues that may affect website performance and search engine rankings.
- Optimize website speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
- Support link-building efforts by identifying potential link opportunities and conducting outreach to relevant websites.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports highlighting key performance indicators and recommended actions.
- Research and analyze competitors' SEO strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience or internship in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role is a plus.
- Basic understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts is beneficial.
