About the Role

Capsdata Technologies is a fast-growing IT and digital solutions company based in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging social media content, captions, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with SEO activities, keyword research, and website content optimization.
  • Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to improve brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Monitor social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare marketing reports and suggest improvements based on performance data.

Required Skills & Tools

Understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing.
Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
Good written communication, creativity, and content-writing skills.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Candidates with a degree or relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Freshers and candidates with digital marketing training or certification are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
  • A creative mindset, willingness to learn, and interest in digital marketing trends.
  • Candidates should be willing to work full-time in Kochi, Kerala.
